Man-made ivory saddles from Canada, whatever that means...
Here’s the aged old ones that came with my CreamTone hardware; not bad, I just like the look of the cream ivory ones.
Only problem was the screws didn’t fit into the holes on the new saddles, but luckily I had an old set that was still fitted to my old chrome bridge. I like these, but the consistency is terrible; the last set I received was too tall and I had to file them down before I could install them, but I was underwhelmed with the job I did so I ordered a new set.
Bigger hole on bottom.
Workspace with copious amounts of Surge and Radiohead!
And no, that’s not a 330, its a 335.
mmmmmmmmhhh.
How’s your Saturday night?

I just bought a skateboard! I am going to learn (hopefully) after years of wanting to providing I can find the time.

What kind?! I just got one a few months ago after some badgering from a friend; its terrific fun! Mine’s a LandYachtz Dinghy, so a short longboard basically.

So glad you can buy Surge anywhere now, and crazy people on amazon can’t sell it for $14/can anymore.

“Man-made ivory saddles from Canada, whatever that means...”
Ivory from the teeth of Canadians, harvested from ice rinks after hockey games.
Really though, ivory is strictly illegal for fueling the poaching industry. Saddles and bridge pins are all man-made material designed to replicate the look and tonality of real ivory. Supposedly it’s pretty damn close, though I’ve never played 2 guitars that are identical minus real/fake ivory to really compare.

I still have to go to a specific gas station around me to get it, but I guess that stops me buying in bulk and getting fat.

Got a regular deck from birdhouse. Just want to learn basic riding and a few tricks.

Yeah, can’t say I’ve ever played real ivory saddles, nor would I necessarily want to. I’ve heard graphite is better anyways.

Yeah it’s a bit bigger of a deal for bridge pins for acoustic guitars. My dad has a 30-something year old Martin that I’m fairly certain has ivory bridge pins.

It’s made by men, just not with their hands...
